I always thought I was a pretty good popcor...Well. I always thought I was a pretty good popcorn maker, but I have to say I followed your directions and am surprised at how well it turned out. I usually ended up with soggy popcorn, which I hate, and would have to put it in the oven to dry it out. I always did everything you said except for the part where you remove the pot from heat after the first pop. That made all the difference. Dry popcorn, and it all popped.
